A non-profit organization called the North Coast Community Housing Company (NCCHC) has recently launched a social housing project in the region of the far North Coast. The project has been introduced specifically keeping the interests and the requirements of the residents and families of the region with low and moderate incomes, which cannot afford to spend money on lavish housings due to financial or physical constraints. NCCHC is one of the top community housing providers in NSW. It has quite a few successful housing projects under its belt.

At the moment, this nonprofit community housing provider NSW is managing more than 800 properties, that too in the North Coast region alone. The properties are spread across seven government areas of the region.
